USE OF ACCESSORIES FOR MAKING FILLED NOODLES;
Set the machine's setting to position 0. Pass a piece of the dough you prepared before through the flat rollers of the machine a few times. When the noodle sheets are the same thickness as the rolling pins, turn the machine setting to setting 5 and pass the dough through the rolling pins once more, dusting with more flour if necessary.
Remove the cutting accessory that came with the Atlas 150 and replace it with the ravioli accessory following the instructions, remove the white filling attachment.
Lightly flour both sides of the noodle sheet and fold it in half. Cut off the irregular ends with a knife and pass the noodle leaves between the rollers of the accessory by turning the handle a quarter turn.
Separate the two pieces of the noodle leaves by laying them on the ends of the accessory and place the filling apparatus on the accessory.
Put the filling material between the two noodle leaves and turn the handle slowly.
Use more filling if necessary and make sure all the filling is used when you finish the noodle sheets.
If you run out of noodles and still have some dough left, you can use a spoon to remove the remaining dough.
strong>Place the dough strip on a lightly floured rack and let it rest for 5/10 minutes. Remove the ravioli one by one.

Do not wash the accessory with water. Use a damp cloth, toothpick or brush.
If necessary, you can remove the scraper to clean the rollers. Don't forget to return the scraper to its original place after the process.
