- Place the ground coffee in the middle chamber and level the coffee with a spoon.
- Then take three or four more filter papers from the ones you just used and cover the coffee completely with these filter papers.
- In this way, the dripping water does not directly contact the coffee and spreads evenly to each grain.
- Add cold water and ice to the top chamber, totaling 720 ml. You can use 360 ml of water and 360 gr of ice, but this can cause the coffee to burn due to excessive cold water.
- We recommend that you add 150 gr of ice to 570 ml of cold water to eliminate bitter tastes.
- Adjust the dripping time of the equipment to one drop every 1-2 seconds.
- Brewing will be finished in 8 - 12 hours.
- When all the water is used up, take the bottom chamber and pour it into bottles. Your cold brew is ready, you can put it in the fridge and consume it whenever you want.
