- Place a round and flat filter paper in the middle chamber of the cold dripper to prevent coffee grains from mixing with the water. In order for the filter paper to stick to the glass edges and to prevent the taste of the paper from passing into the coffee, be sure to wet the paper before brewing.
- Grind your coffee to medium.
- Place the 65 gr of ground coffee in the middle chamber and level the coffee with a spoon. Then take three or four more of the filter papers you just used and cover the entire surface of the coffee with these filter papers. In this way, the dripping water does not directly contact the coffee and spreads evenly to each grain.
- Add a total of 3 lt of cold water and ice to the top chamber. You can use 1500 ml of water and 1500 gr of ice, but this can cause the coffee to burn due to excessively cold water. We recommend that you add 600 gr of ice to 2400 ml of cold water to eliminate bitter tastes.
- Adjust the dripping time of the equipment to one drop every 1-2 seconds.
- Brewing will be completed in 8 - 12 hours.
- When all the water is used up, take the bottom container and pour it into bottles. Your cold brew is ready, you can put it in the fridge and consume it whenever you want.
