Cleaning

Warning: Be careful when removing the blade cylinder. It is recommended to use protective gloves or a food holder during use. ÇNot suitable for children.

- To Remove the Blade Cylinder: Set the dial to 3mm. While gently pushing the top of the stainless steel sheet with one hand, carefully lift the dial with the other hand and remove the cylinder from its place

- For Blade Selection: Press the outer ring of the dial and turn it clockwise to the desired selection.

- Blades are 4.5 mm and 9 mm thick.
