Working principle of induction cooker:
The 220VAC power supply is converted into high-frequency AC power through the circuit and converted into alternating electromagnetic field through the induction coil. When the magnetic lines in the magnetic field pass through the bottom of the iron-containing pot, countless small electric currents will be generated, which will make the pot heat up at a high speed and then heat the food in the pot.
Points to note when using induction cooker
Note before use:
1. Quality sockets should be used and the capacity of the sockets should be greater than 15A. Poor contact of the sockets will cause the burner induction cooker to not work normally.
2. Do not use the induction cooker when the plug cord is damaged or the power plug is not fully inserted into the socket.
3. Do not bend, bind or apply excessive force to the wire, otherwise damage may occur.
4. Do not insert any obstacles into the plug or socket of this machine.
5. Do not insert the plug into a socket where many other electrical appliances are plugged in; the current will not exceed the socket's limit.
6. Do not use the induction hob in wet, damp or near flames.

Note when using :
1. Please place the pot in the center of the induction cooker, and do not place the furnace body on a flat bottom surface.
2. To prevent the oven from overheating, do not block the air inlet or outlet.

4. Never overheat an empty pot.
5. Induction hob maintenance and storage
Power requirement :

Ⅱ. Power distribution instructions
1. The busbar adopts three-phase electricity and is routed according to the three-phase four-wire system after entering the substation through the transformer, and the design load of the power supply and lines should be 1.3 times the actual load.
1. Each socket is limited to one induction cooker, and it is absolutely necessary to avoid using porous sockets to prevent mutual influence between induction cookers. Please use a switched socket above AC220V15A (furnaces with a total power of over 2000W must use a socket with an air switch of 15A or above). Never plug two sockets into more than one machine at the same time, so that the socket will exceed its carrying capacity when working, causing the socket to burn or a larger line fault.
Do not turn off the induction cooker by pulling out the power plug, otherwise it will easily cause electric shock or leakage!
2. After the power distribution is completed, the operation test should be carried out.All induction cookers should be put into the pot with water, the power supply should be turned on so that the induction cookers are brought to the boiling state in the pot, and then the firepower should be reduced to the second gear to observe the induction cookers working normally for 2 hours. If they are normal, switch to the third gear position to check whether they are heated or intermittently checked, and check the flexibility and operation of the induction cooker switch. In particular, check whether the cables in the distribution line are heated (if the cables are pulled, it means that the distribution load is lower than the electric load and the diameter of the distribution line should be increased).
3. Do not use the lines of the induction cooker power supply system together with lighting, heating, kitchen, cooling and other power distribution systems to prevent mutual interference.
4. Note: The corresponding loads of the three phases must be balanced, otherwise there will be a very small difference in the phase voltages caused by phase deviation, which will cause the undervoltage or overvoltage protection of the induction cooker. In order to prevent mutual magnetic interference caused by multiple lines laid together, there should be separate auxiliary lines in the three main line distribution.
5. This problem can be solved if the installation filter (voltage stabilization) that causes interference is installed.
