Imperia Noodle Machine allows you to easily prepare noodles or pasta for your family in a very short time with the hand-operated side arm or the electric motor you will purchase additionally.

Imperia Noodle Machine has been tested and approved not to contaminate your food with any foreign, harmful substances during production.

BEFORE USE ;

1- Prepare your dough as desired and make sure that the dough is neither too dry nor too soft.

2- Place your machine on a flat and solid surface that can support its weight. Pass the vice through the hole and tighten the screw until the machine is securely fixed to a surface.

3- To thin the dough layer, turn the adjustment knob clockwise and the distance between the rollers will decrease. Then pass the layer through the rollers again, and you can reach the desired thinness. During this process, you can get a good result by coating the dough layer with flour.

4- Wait for the dough layer you thinned to dry. An uncured layer may cause the dough not to separate from each other during cutting.

CLEANING AND CARE;

- Never wash the machine or any of its parts in the dishwasher or under pressurized water and with detergent. 

- Clean the machine with a completely dry cloth or soft brush. After fixing your machine on a suitable surface, pass a piece of dough between the rollers, this will clean any remaining dust and finish the cleaning process.

- The dough used for cleaning should be thrown away.

ATTENTION;

- The body of the machine or any part should not be washed in dishwater and also should not be cleaned under running water or with detergent.

- Make sure that every part is dry after use.

- Never try to clean dough waste using sharp tools (fork, knife, etc.)
