1- Roll out your sugar paste on a hard and flat surface until it reaches a thickness of 2-3mm.
2- Hold the copa by the outer disc part and open the front side. Apply pressure towards the fondant until it cuts through the dough and touches the surface below.
3-Move the copat slightly left and right. This way, you will get a cleaner cut.
4- Press the upper part of the copa and cut the dough with the embossed piece.
5- Lift the copa about 5 cm into the air and press the upper part to remove the cutout.
Used to decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies and cake pops.
